You will get a receipt confirming your payment as soon as you order – this will be our standard “thanks for your order” receipt. You will then receive your official e-tickets within 2 working days via the email address you gave when ordering.

You may also receive updates about the event via email so please keep an eye out for other emails from us containing the latest information.

Rumi Revival is a family friendly event, children of all ages are welcome.

Doors open at 5:30pm and close at 7:30pm promptly. There will be no late admissions. We request that you arrive by 6pm to ensure a speedy start to the event.

Performers may make an appearance after the event in the souk area. Have a browse and keep a look out!

Yes, there will be a professional photographer taking photographs on behalf of Rumi Revival Productions, for use in our marketing materials and social media channels. If you would prefer for your images not to be used, please let a member of staff know at the event. Images of children will not be used without written consent.

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or cannot attend the event. We recommend if you are unable to attend, to let us know as we can re-allocate your tickets to allow someone else to enjoy the event! As a non-profit event, ticket proceeds go towards charity, so if you are unable to attend, you have still supported a charitable cause!

The minimum age to attend is 10 years old, they will require their own seat. 

Refreshments are usually not available at our venues, please enjoy a meal before arriving!

We only use secure systems with banking standard safety features to make sure that your payment and financial data cannot be compromised. All online payments are securely processed via Universe and no financial data is retained on our servers.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel we will do our best to re-arrange the event. If this is not possible we will offer a refund.
